When can I expect my package?
Above you can see a map of estimated delivery times for your region. Reference this for all in-stock orders you place for an estimate of your delivery date.

If the item shows “In Stock” it will typically ship within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). We do not guarantee that “In Stock” items will be shipped within that time frame. For more information see “Item Stock Status” below.
If an item is ordered from our website there is no guarantee that it is in stock and ready to ship. We stock thousands of items and if they are in stock we will strive to meet our ship within 2-5 business day standard. Otherwise, please refer to our “Item Stock Status” for shipping time frame.
Holiday season orders could take an additional 5 to 7 days depending on currier shipping back logs.
UPS Shipping & Carrier Information
We use a variety of carriers to get you the item(s) the safest, fastest way possible at the best price. We will choose the appropriate delivery method for your order to your specific address. It is not possible for us to guarantee a specific carrier when you place your order. Typically, we will ship UPS or USPS for orders 150 lbs. or less and common currier freight (Semi-truck) for 151 lbs. or more. Be sure to pick lift gate service if you are unable to unload the item from the truck yourself. The item delivered via Semi-truck is curbside delivery. Meaning such large vehicles cannot drive on residential driveways because of weight and clearance restrictions.
If available by the chosen carrier, we will email you (after 5 pm CST) a tracking number and a link to view your products progress as it is in transit. Your tracking number is only valid after the carrier has picked your item up from chosen warehouse and documented it in their manifest system.
Packaging and Repackaging
Sometimes items will not ship out in an original box. Don’t panic! Many products will ship repackaged because the manufacturers box the product came in is deemed unfit for transport. We will choose a proper shipping box and packing to ensure safe delivery. Many boxes are opened by our shipping specialists to foam pack crucial components to ensure safe delivery. So don’t worry if a box or carton has been re-taped or packed. It was done on purpose to ensure you the best possible shipping outcome.
Item Stock Status
If the item shows “In Stock” it will typically ship within 2-5 business days However, this is not guaranteed. There are circumstances of high volume products on our website that run out before a new shipment has been received. We receive orders daily so this would only delay shipment 5 to 7 business days depending on the product. Please call or e-mail us to verify inventory at time of order.
Some items will show as "Back Order". This means the item is not expected to ship for 5-7 business days. If it is going to be longer than the expected 5 business days we will get in contact with you. Seasonal items ordered out of season may take longer than 2-5 business days; please keep this in mind when ordering out of season.
Items showing "Sold Out" are currently not available for purchase. We may gain more inventory of a “Sold Out" item in the future but we cannot guarantee shipping time frames.
Orders will ship all-in-one (Complete), unless you request otherwise. If it is requested they are shipped separately additional charges may occur. Please call or e-mail us for partial ship order questions.
When ordering from our website you have access to hundreds of thousands of items. Unfortunately we are not able to stock every item available on our website. We do however stock thousands of items and will strive to meet our one business day shipping time frame.
When you order an item from our website it may have to be ordered from our supplier and it can take anywhere from 5 – 7 business days to receive the item, depending on the supplier. Occasionally the supplier will back order an item to us. If this happens in most instances it could add an additional 7–10 days to the shipping date. Once the back ordered item is received, we will ship the order complete from our warehouse within one business day.
Items will sometimes be drop shipped directly from our warehouses, vendors, and manufactures. We do this to provide the fastest shipping possible. This is called a “drop ship”.
Many items on our website fall under the Special Order Returns policy, and are not eligible for return. For more information on returning items please visit our Return Policy.
Typographical, Image, Content and Pricing Errors
In the event that Arlington Power Equipment mistakenly lists any item such as an image depicting incorrect features, incorrect pricing or item details, Arlington Power Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for item(s) listed. Arlington Power Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Arlington Power Equipment shall issue a credit to the credit card account that was used for the full charge amount; if a hold was placed on your card, a void will be issued for the full amount held.
Some large items sold are too big to be shipped standard ground. If this is the case you will be notified by email or telephone of the additional charges that will occur. All LTL deliveries are curb side. Drivers are not allowed to enter your property with their vehicles. Please be prepared to move your package from the curbside when it arrives.
Lift Gate Service
All of our "Free Shipping" prices are for commercial delivery, a dock, or facility with the ability to unload your item themselves without assistance. If you are shipping to a residence or need lift gate service it is available, you can choose to add it during checkout for an additional fee.
You will need to add lift gate service if you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or enough people to lift the item you ordered off the truck.
Examples of items that may need Lift Gate Service: Large Two Stage Snow Blowers, Commercial Lawn Mowers, Large Residential Lawn Mowers, Sod Cutters, Aerators, Large Tank Sprayers Etc.
PO Box and APO/FPO
We do ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, because some items may be considered hazardous materials or too large in size and cannot be shipped to these addresses. We will inform you if your purchase cannot be shipped and will try to work out a solution. We can only ship via USPS to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Different Billing and Shipping Address
If your billing and shipping address are different we reserve the right to verify the shipping address before processing the order. If we deem further verification is needed regarding differing address we will contact you by email. If contact is not able to be made within 5 business days of the order being placed we will cancel the order. If we are able to verify the appropriate information we will move forward with the order as normal. We apologize in advance if this happens, so please don’t take offense, we are trying to protect you and your identity.
Incorrect, Undeliverable Change of Shipping Address After Shipment
In the event that we ship a purchased item and it is or needs to be returned to us for any of the reasons listed below, the buyer will be responsible for outbound shipping charges, returned shipping charges and handling fees. Examples of but are not limited to: Incorrect shipping address provided by customer, Undeliverable address, Change of shipping address, or Delivery refusals.
We cannot ship out of the continental United States.
Additional Shipping rates will be applied for:
- Expedited shipping.
- Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, and will also ship As-Is.
- Some remote area's with limited access due to their location (should this occur, we would inform the customer first to notify of such charges to either receive additional payment or cancel the order).
