You must have an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) to return a product. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a RGA. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (847) 241-1530 ext 3 to obtain an RGA.
If all of the following criteria is met, we will refund the same payment method used to place the order, minus our original shipping costs* and any handling fees that apply, within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
*Many of our products ship with Free Shipping. If you return a product that was shipped with Free Shipping, our original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.*
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in the original box in new, unused condition. Return freight is not covered under our return policy and must be sent freight pre-paid by the customer.
Please note, that it is your responsibility to repackage products (if necessary) to ensure a safe delivery back to us. If a return comes back damaged or missing parts, the product will be inspected by our service department and the repair costs will be deducted from your refund.
There is a 20% handling fee on all returns.
Products that have been opened can be returned. Opened returns must be unused, in salable condition with original materials and packaging. Please repackage the product and contact us for an RGA number.
Engines and engine powered equipment CANNOT be returned once they have been gassed and/or oiled. If a product has been gassed or oiled, it must be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under warranty. Please thoroughly inspect the products before beginning assembly/set-up.
Items that have been installed or attempted to be installed in anyway CANNOT be returned. Any damage due to improper installation or assembly is your responsibility. We may be able to file a warranty claim for a possible manufacturer defect, but that is solely the manufacturer’s decision. Please thoroughly inspect the products before beginning assembly/set-up.
If you are looking to exchange a product, please contact us for an RGA then place a new order for the correct product.
You must take time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for repair or return of the damaged goods. Once the item is returned we will credit you less the repair costs, Out-bound freight and handling fees. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.
Used equipment is sold in AS-IS condition. We will do our best to inform you of the overall condition but there is no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final on used equipment. No refunds or returns will be accepted.
