Great experience. Everyone was attentive to my order. Saw arrived in good shape and works great, just like all my other Echo products. Would recommend Arlington to anyone.

Chain oil adjustment screw was broken.It seems echo will fix it under warranty. Arlington did a great job, received saw in 2days-also sold me a more expensive saw for the same price as original due to fact that first saw was damaged in the warehouse. Great customer service.

I've been satisfied with all of the echo products that I have purchased. I've never had any problems with any of them and I don't anticipate any problems with this saw either.
