I initially ordered a MK606 mulch kit for my exmark mower with a 60" deck. The shipment came within 4 days. The 606 kit was for a series 4 deck and my mower has a series 3 deck so this was clearly not the kit I needed. I called for a return authorization number and to see if there was a different kit to fit my mower deck. Danny Anderson in web sales department looked up the correct kit for my mower, issued me a RMA shipping label for return and directed me to site for purchase of the MK603Q kit. The new kit was not in stock but shipped from a supplier direct to me within 3 days. Very quick turn around. My money was refunded for the incorrect kit I shipped back very quickly as well. I installed the new kit and it is working as intended. Very satisfied with the concern and promptness of the sales personnel at Arlington Power Equipment in getting me the correct kit for my application. I have used the mulcher primarily for mulching leaves this fall and it cleans up the leaves in one pass as opposed to half dozen by just mowing. Plan on using it next year on grass along.
