This product is backordered and I will not get it in time for my aerating season. It would be nice to list that on your website as the site says it will ship within 2-5 business days. Other then that the office was quick to get back to my inquiry about the machine when I asked when it would ship, so i appreciate that.

Machine was delivered with deflated tires and had a thick layer of dust and grime on it which made me wonder if it really was a 2020 model as promised. After struggling to inflate the tires, filling it with oil and cleaning the RA21H, I fired it up and so far am pleased with it’s performance. Having been scheduled as a drop shipment from the manufacturer to my residence, it actually was shipped to the dealer. They could have inspected the machine and serviced and cleaned it up at that point prior to forwarding to me.
