I’ve cut firewood for years for personal use and hands down this is the best saw I’ve ever used. It is the first professional grade saw I’ve owned but it has great power to cut thru anything I’ll ever need. My first use was cutting down some cottonwoods, some of which were around 24” diameter and even with the bar fully engaged the motor never bogged down or hesitated. Just like a hot knife in butter.
